Frequently asked questions.

How do you charge?

We are a time and materials company and charge for labor, material, fees, and taxes. We also provide quotations for water heater replacements, new system installations, remodels, sewer/water/gas line replacements, and more. Our plumbers are paid by the hour and do not receive commission. No high pressure sales tactics.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check, and credit card payments.

Are you open nights and weekends?

No. Our plumbers work very hard during the conventional work week, and we provide quality time off to ensure that we provide our customers the best service possible.

I have a water leak in my house, and can’t reach a plumber. What do I do?

It is important for all homeowners to familiarize themselves with the use of water cut-off valves to isolate water leaks. Water cut-off valves can be located under sinks, at water heaters, behind toilets, and at the water meter (property owner’s cut-off valve) to list a few locations. A routine check can verify the functionality of valves. If you are unable to isolate an emergency water leak or reach a plumber, you can call your water utility provider for an emergency shut down until you can reach a plumber for repair.

Do I need to schedule a plumber to service my tankless water heater?

Yes. To improve performance, longevity and maintain product warranty, it is important to descale and service your tankless water heater annually.

Can you help with selection and installation of a new plumbing fixture?

Yes. It’s easy to become overwhelmed with the number of fixture choices in the plumbing world. Our experience helps us guide our customers to options that will suit their needs. We can also refer customers to a proper plumbing supply showroom to receive the expertise that the showroom industry provides.
